Please read all of the following  polices by reserving a picnic with Niya Creative Concepts you have agreed  to all of our terms and conditions.

Please note that you are responsible for all the items until the end of your allotted picnic time so please are for the as you would your own belongings. 

We require a 50% deposit to secure you picnic date. The remaining 50% of payment is due 3 days prior to your scheduled picnic time in addition a $150 damage and non-refundable deposit will be charged to cover incidentals arising from any loss or damage to our belongings your deposit less any deductions will be returned within 24 hours after your reservation. 

Your reservation deposit is non-refundable however it may be used as a credit towards your new reservation. Your new reservation must be rescheduled within a two month window from your original date and you can reschedule up to two months free of charge. Any subsequent reschedules however will be subject to a rebooking fee of $20 once our picnic is set up we will not be able to cancel or reschedule your bookings and your payment will not be re-funded.    

If 7 or more days notice is given prior to original reservation date, no refunds but 100% of the deposit will be applied towards a new picnic date, which must be within 2 months of the original reservation date. 

If 2 to 6 days notice is given prior to the  original reservation 50% of the deposit will be applied to a new picnic date which must be within2 months of original reservation date.

Same day cancelation or no shows all monies paid will be forfeited except for the loss and damages deposit which will be refunded back within 24 hours.

NYC weather can be unpredictable and we are more than happy to accommodate your safety and enjoyment as it is our number one priority NIYA CREATIVE CONCEPTS will notify you of any cancellation due to inclement weather at our sole discretion. We will attempt to reschedule your picnic for a different day and time via text or email. You also have the option to move your picnic indoors or to reschedule it within 2 months of the original event date subject to availability.  

HERE at NIYA CREATIVE CONCEPTS we strive to provide excellent service to ensure a most memorable outdoor dinning experience. We respectfully ask that you arrive on our agreed time to enjoy the most of our services. Arriving late can interfere with other booking for the day we will always be on time and ready to serve you so please be courteous and arrive to your picnic on time We understand that everyone can occasionally be late so we are happy to provide a 30min grace period However after the grace period failure to appear will be considered a no-show and we reserve the right to move unto our next booking. Please be mindful that your booking commences at the scheduled time regardless of your arrival time.

If your picnic is held in a public space sadly we will be unable to provide alcoholic beverages due to NYC strict laws on public alcoholic consumption therefore please do not bring any alcoholic beverages NIYA CREATIVE CONCEPTS will not be responsible for any fines you receive as a result HOWEVER if your picnic is held in your home backyard or other private spaces we would be happy to accommodate such requests.  

ALL equipment used during your picnic belongs to NIYA CREATIVE CONCEPTS. ALL items should be returned back in the same condition as you found it. If any accident should arise please notify us by text so we can try to remedy the situation as quickly as possible.  

Here at NIYA CREATIVE CONCEPTS we pride ourselves on providing you with stylish and clean items for your use and enjoyment. As a result we would appreciate if you could inform us of any damages including any tears, spills, or stains small spills with clear liquid or non-staining items may not be charged for it full replacement value but may incur a dry cleaning fee if necessary your ($150) less and damaged deposit will be applied towards any damages or missing items.
